Gorgeous heritage style property with lovely touches such as traditional musician and petal shower on arrival. Immaculate throughout. Excellent range and standard of food

Disabled ramp pitch black at night. Pool closed one day for wedding. No lifeguard on duty when we swam in afternoon. No fresh milk for tea and coffee ( powdered creamer only)

The hotel is very impressive and has not spared any expense in its inception. The rooms are just as grand as the common spaces and the staff is exceptionally attentive.

1) A five start hotel should not require its guests to pay an additional fee for wi-fi. It's 2015. 2) As President's club members, we were entitled for free wi-fi. However, we had to clear this up at least 5 different times which was shame.

Asked for reimbursement since indigo canceled all flights for 2 days and was unable to make my reservation. Still charged me even though I couldn't make it.

ALL went well. From the moment you arrive at the Bldg. Entrance, received with King's Honors (Drums, Violin, Cithara, tabla... etc) to when you reach the Impressive Palace-like Lobbies, till you get into the Luxuriously sized & furnished room. But Most Important: THE STAFF!!!!. Everywhere. At Reception, at Restaurants, at the Salons, during Tours & Sunset ceremonies: Exceptional Kindness, Availability & Responsiveness. One Unforgettable Lady was Mrs. Deepanchi, at 1st Floor Lounge. Her heartfelt attention to her guests, always with her warm smile, made us feel with our family. Thank you.

Only one minor thing: Exterior swimming pool is not heated. In late December, it would have been risky to dive outdoor in very cold water. But again, so many other things to do and explore. May be next time.

Our stay at Fairmont Jaipur was truly exceptional. The property is absolutely beautiful, grand, and thoughtfully designed, blending elegance with a strong sense of place. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming, and refined.We did experience a small complication with the breakfast buffet on one of the days. However, what truly stood out was how professionally and kindly the situation was handled. The following day, Anuj went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable. He was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about improving our experience, which we deeply appreciated.The staff overall are outstanding. Everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive, and consistently kind. Their level of care and professionalism truly made our stay special and memorable.A very special thank you to Rohan, who assisted us during check-in. He was amazing from the start, warm, professional, and very thoughtful. He made us feel welcome immediately and even surprised us with a lovely gift when we were leaving, which was such a beautiful and generous gesture.One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I am definitely coming back. I truly love this hotel and highly recommend Fairmont Jaipur to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and service.

The place is stunning u have a lot of things to do indoors and amazing bar or restaurant nice breakfast and food also a lot of activities like summing, spa, big bong etc amazing welcoming nice garden and rooms. U can have and experience of a vintage car tour

Its far from the city center by 35 min and 50min to airport

It’s build like taj with service of 3 star, staff will just show u policy document at every step.

Pan Asia restaurant is great and breakfast area is super flop, they rarely got what we told them.

The property is outstanding — very clean and new throughout every space in the hotel. The staff was super kind and attentive. There are different dinner options available — they were excellent. Lastly, the sunset champagne event was a fantastic experience

The spa is beautiful, but it could be more spacious and offer more options

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest hospitality and friendly smiles. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered stunning views. The food across the property—from the buffet to the Zola restaurant—was consistently excellent, with the team happily accommodating our special requests.The high tea experience was a delightful surprise, featuring local performances like traditional dance and puppet shows, paired with delicious snacks. A special thanks to Aditya, our dedicated host, who was incredibly attentive and just a message away. He went above and beyond—from helping us book spa appointments and special dinners to organizing a surprise birthday cake-cutting for my mom. His kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly special.We also had the pleasure of meeting Hasheem, who gave us a lovely tour of the hotel. His knowledge and warmth made it a memorable experience. Every team member—from reception to the dining staff—was outstanding.The welcome drummers and the live singer at the entrance set the perfect tone for what turned out to be a truly "Jaipury" experience. Excellent luxury property representing royal living. Good caring staff and warm welcome on arrival. Infrastructure is luxury and well planned.

This property is mentioned for luxury wedding and mostly you find it crowded with wedding guest. Wedding leads to closer of various essential facilities for in house guests like us so you get stuck to room and can not expect quiet stay.Pool, lobby, restaurant etc was reserved for wedding making it difficult for other guests who come for peaceful stay enjoying wk end.So check before booking carefully and ask if they have any or multiple wedding.Property has all luxury but hardly any green area. Their main focus is wedding.

The rooms were fantastic in size and beautiful well appointed luxurious bathrooms as well! Loved the breakfast ! Not only the sheer variety but the quality as well! Ice cream counter for breakfast buffet? Why not? The local Rajasthani food on the menu was superb. Prefer it over the oriental fare. The staff made it special. They were super attentive and made the experience premium

We booked two adjoining rooms as a family of four for our stay at Fairmont,in December 2024 for a Jaipur family trip, celebrating my husband's birthday on 25th Dec. Being discerning travelers who enjoy vacation properties that offer a perfect combination of superb hospitality, cultural charm, ambiance and modern comfort ameneties, we rank this hotel a great stay! Our rooms were spacious & lovely, with unique architectural features in both the room & bathroom. Comfortable, plush king sized beds and quite environment was great for a good night's rest after exploring Jaipur! Afreen Rahman, Front Office Ambassador, did an outstanding job coordinating with me and creating an awesome memorable experience - taking care of all the little details -room's special occasion decor& refreshments, a much appreciated special memento for the occasion and a celebration cake! The Zoya staff, specifiacally the young man who served us that night made our dinner experience memorable!.. the food was flavourful and service excellent!..the sword cutting of the cake was an added unique birthday experience! Overall an enjoyable stay!

Fantastic setting, service was excellent and breakfast/food options were better than most hotels in India. The complimentary afternoon tea was an added bonus. The surprise birthday cake in my room was an unexpected and delicious surprise ??All staff were highly attentive, with special mention to Afreen, for the birthday card and the take home gift.

Nothing negative to say about the hotel, it was a fantastic experience overall…The only thing I can think of, is that I wish that the beautiful hotel pool was heated. Other than that, a perfect experience.

The property is beautiful

When you have over 200 rooms and choose to book it all for the wedding guests and be greedy enough to charge the same price for just 4 additional non wedding guests. The experience of being the non wedding guest at the hotel full of Indian wedding is not someone would pay money and go experience. The hotel called for numerous things - we weren’t never once mentioned - we would have cancelled had we known there is a on ongoing wedding. The entire fiasco was salvaged by the staff being really courteous and offering their best to make up for a situation, they didn’t quite sign up except it’s a ridiculous management decision. To over sell to this extent without caring about customer satisfaction doesn’t seem fit to me. It would be better if they showcase themselves only as a wedding destination. The staff is the only reason we would ever consider returning to this if ever.

The grounds

The property is gear to weddings, which is fine. It cannot be that the location they put us was right at the end of the building, knowing that they have to breakdown all wedding display and redo it for the following day at night between midnight and 4 o’clock in the morning. They did not quit only after two or three times that I called to ask to stop it because I could not sleep. This is absolutely unacceptable.
